For your convenience, we have created a secure way for you to make contributions online using your credit card. Please note, a credit card contribution costs Josiah Venture between 2-3% in service fees. If you would like to set up a recurring transaction to be processed, you can. ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER
This is a simple withdrawal form that you complete & have funds taken out of your checking or savings account each month.
1. Download, print & complete the EFT form
2. Attach a voided check to the completed EFT form
3. Mail these documents to:
